The Tech Support Engineer provides customer support by troubleshooting and solving Product customer issues via the phone, chat, and email in English and Spanish.
You will work as the company liaison to the customer for multiple topics focused on PLCs, Switches, Industrial Communications, and Software like SCADA and MES. Additionally, you will evaluate and approve the operational quality of system equipment by asking related questions.
You will work hybrid from our office in Katowice, Francuska You will be reporting to the Manager located in Spain, Madrid.

Resolve customer issues focused on PLCs, Switches, Industrial Communications, and Software like SCADA and MES via phone, chat, or email.
Communicate effectively with customers and management.
requirements-expected :
2+ years of working experience in Industrial Automation.
Technical degree.
English and Spanish proficiency.
Strong communication skills.
Knowledge of industrial automation, especially SCADA, MES, PLCs and Network.
Ability to troubleshoot effectively.
