Job Description

We are looking for an innovative solutions architect to conceive and specify systems
architecture of an internalomnichannel content management tool that will meet business and clients’ needs. By assessing the expectations of customers (internal & external), putting in place design and specify adequate solutions that meet those expectations and criteria so the IT teams can deliver the expected solution, you will be the expert that will bring the proper technical answer to complex requests. Your technical knowledge will make you the ideal person to liaise between customers, internal staff and development teams.

As a Solution Architect, you will:

• Assessthe systems architecture currently in place and work with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it.
• Work on integrating clients’ information systems with our own set of tools when required to meet clients’ needs.
• Work with PMO to ensure that projects are delivered according to plan by the IT teams.
• Resolve technical problems as they arise.
• Continually research current and emerging technologies and propose changes where needed.
• Informvarious stakeholders about any problem with the current technical solutions being implemented.
• Assess the business impact that certain technical choices have.
• Provide updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs, and budgets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software architecture design.
• Experience with client management/consultative experience in both presenting and resolving issues.
• Previous experience with Adobe products (AEM, Workfront, Frame.io) would be a plus.
• Previous project management experience is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related field.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate/translate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to juggle several critical projects effectively – keeping others adequately up to speed and ensuring deliverables meet expected timelines.
