What you will do:

• Drive the design of application and technical architecture components based on business requirements
• Ensure configurations and custom components align with project goals and performance criteria
• Lead and participate in quality management reviews to meet and exceed application design standards
• Work on document technical and operational procedures for end-users and systems
• Manage and mentor cross-functional development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions

Skills and experiences

• Proficient in application development and testing with Power Platform, Azure, Microsoft BizApps and Office 365 ecosystem.
• Current with Microsoft product knowledge and industry trends
• Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex information effectively
• Proven ability to collaborate with global and offshore teams
• Skilled in application lifecycle management and agile methodologies
• Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Programming experience in Javascript/C#/Python

About you

Characteristics that demonstrate success for this role:

• You have extensive technical/functional architecture experience and have worked with Power Platform applications and DevOps
• You have 5+ years’ experience working with multiple clients, end to end implementation and managing complex deliverables
• You are committed to lasting client relationships and enjoy managing a portfolio of clients.
• You enjoy mentoring junior colleagues
• Consultative and collaborative approach
• Resilient and adaptable to change
• Intellectually curious about technology
• Skilled in storytelling and content creation
