about-project :
For further development of our service portfolio we are looking for Consultants with a focus on ServiceNow platform to improve operational efficiencies by streamlining and automating routine work tasks.
responsibilities :
Analysis of business requirements and business processes as well as developing solution recommendations both in terms of business and technology,
Detailed documentation preparation of business, functional and technical requirements,
Designing the architecture of system solutions in terms of new components and modifications,
Securing existing solutions and developing procedures to ensure their highest possible efficiency,
Acting as the main contractor in the process of system administration and creating new solutions - active participation in all phases of software development, from collecting requirements to programming, testing and maintenance,
Responsibility for the implementation of projects within the agreed time, budget and quality frames,
Solving current problems and failures of administered services,
Constant cooperation with stakeholders to maintain the business relationships and identify opportunities for further expand.
requirements-expected :
Very good knowledge of the ServiceNow platform from the administrator or developer side,
Relevant experience in creating and modifying widgets and catalog items,
Practical knowledge of JavaScript, SQL and HTML/CSS,
Ability to perform business process modeling,
Practical knowledge of BPMN,
General experience in the consulting environment and in the project management,
Studies on computer science, business informatics or comparable qualifications,
Knowledge of agile principles and methods as well as ITIL,
Knowledge of issues related to system integration using Web Service, REST API and SOAP API as an asset,
Experience with my.Serve user interface as an asset,
Fluent in English - min. C1,
Good German - min. B2,
Ability to work independently,
Teamwork skills,
Open-minded approach,
Ability to easily communicate and establish contact with clients,
Readiness for business travels.
