responsibilities :


  • Receiving and logging user requests via phone, email, and ticketing system
  • Providing first-line technical support and resolving day-to-day IT issues
  • Diagnosing problems and escalating complex incidents to higher support levels
  • Handling incidents and service requests in line with ITIL processes and SLA requirements
  • Supporting users with operating systems, office applications, and hardware
  • Documenting solutions and maintaining the knowledge base
  • Cooperating with other IT teams to ensure timely issue resolution
  • Monitoring ticket status and keeping users informed about progress
  • Ensuring high-quality service and user satisfaction

requirements-expected :


  • Secondary education or equivalent
  • Strong IT knowledge and experience with computer hardware
  • Fluent in both English and French (B2+), mandatory; knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to attend training in Poland and abroad
  • Ability to work 24/7 in a 3-shift system
  • For foreign candidates: valid work permit to work in Poland
