Join us as a Senior Scrum Master supporting our German client in the construction and logistics sector. You will work with distributed product teams in an SAP environment, playing a key role in an S/4HANA transformation. This role requires excellent collaboration skills, experience tailoring agile frameworks, and the ability to co-create ways of working based on real organizational needs.

The Essentials Were Seeking

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile product teams.
• Demonstrated experience with S/4HANA transformations and/or agile delivery in SAP environments.
• Hands-on experience implementing Scrum in SAP landscapes with an understanding of integration challenges.
• Proven ability to tailor Scrum and other agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, or similar) to specific organizational needs.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially when working with distributed international teams.
• Availability during CET business hours.
• Certification: A-CSM or PSM II (or equivalent) plus at least one scaled agile framework certification (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, etc.).
• Strong command of English (C1).

Nice-to-haves

• Practical experience building internal agile capabilities or supporting hybrid/agile role development.
• Working knowledge of German.
• Experience coaching individuals on Agile in SAP ecosystems.
