responsibilities :

shaping self-organization and interdisciplinarity within the team, supporting it in effectively delivering value for the project or service;
acting as a leader for the development team, responsible for supporting the Product Owner and other stakeholders;
creating an environment conducive to an empirical approach to planning, including backlog management;
taking responsibility for identifying the needs of the business environment and providing necessary support;
collaborating in an international team using agile methodologies (SCRUM, SAFe®) and a professional Software Delivery Life Cycle software development process, as well as closely cooperating with other departments within the organization;

requirements-expected :

at least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in projects related to the delivery of software for foreign clients;
practical experience with the Software Delivery Lifecycle, understanding technical and business concepts within this cycle;
practical knowledge of SCRUM, Kanban and @Scale frameworks;
knowledge of agile methodologies at the level of several teams;
extensive moderation and facilitation skills supported by practical experience;
highly developed interpersonal and communication skills - both in communication with the client and the development team;
mentoring skills - not only towards other Scrum Masters but also for clients in transforming or adopting agile approaches;
constructive and proactive approach to problem-solving;
fluent knowledge of the German language and communicative proficiency in English;
