We are looking for technology strategists who can design and position the S4/ HANA Value Case at CxO level and who have sufficient experience to shape the value case, define the transformation journey and lead it as the key interlock to the top leadership of our clients, collaborating with our SAP experts during the implementation phase.

Requirements:

• More than 8 years of relevant professional experience, including at least four years in a consultancy or in industry as part of an in-house consulting team with an exclusive focus on strategic transformation and improvement projects (cross-divisional) with a focus on ERP, platform and technology strategy/ transformation
• Proficient knowledge of SAP S4/Hana in financial domain – SAP finance and controlling.
• Have a good understanding of SAP S4/Hana best practices in FICO domain
• Understanding of improvements and value proposition of SAP in FICO domain
• You enjoy combining digital topics, strategic analysis and implementation work as well as the ability to think conceptually and analytically
• Leadership skills and experience in personnel responsibility; experience in leading performance-oriented teams, experience in building teams
• Project experience in SAP S4/ Hana, Journey to Cloud, Best-of-Breed Platform, ERP, strategic technology transformation

Ideally if You :

• Have experience in customer acquisition of strategic transformation projects
• You are up to date on trends around technologies & shared services and have an understanding of impacts on different business areas and models, (ideally) of SAP S/4 Hana, Cloud Transition, Central Finance
• Experience in project management of complex strategy and transformation projects
• Experience in personal consulting of CxOs in organizations, as well as a "thought partner/ advisor" on current trends in the areas of technology strategy, enterprise transformation, cloud, SAP S4/ HANA, ideally a strong profile as an expert on common digital transformation topics
• Strong presentation and communication skills in the English-speaking international environment
• Pronounced willingness to travel (travel at home and abroad up to a maximum of 50%)

• You enjoy combining digital topics, strategic analysis and implementation work as well as the ability to think conceptually and analytically
