SAP Fico Consultant

• First-Line Support: Address user queries and troubleshoot SAP functionalities,
• Ticket Management: Monitor, triage, and prioritize support tickets, escalating complex issues to Level 2 support or relevant teams,
• User Assistance: Assist users in navigating SAP applications, conduct basic troubleshooting, and provide guidance on system usage and best practices,
• Documentation: Document support activities, resolutions, and procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing,
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Resolve integration issues between SAP and other modules/systems,
• Knowledge Management: Contribute to the development and maintenance of support documentation, knowledge bases, and training materials,
• Testing and Validation: Participate in testing and validating SAP system changes, updates, and new configurations,
• Training Participation: Attend sessions to enhance personal knowledge and support capabilities.

• Fluency in both English and Polish, mandatory for effective communication with clients,
• 2-3 years of experience in SAP Fico,
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with users and global team members,
• Proficiency in respective SAP modules with an understanding of business processes and principles,
• Willingness to visit the office in Krakow twice a month for one day only.

• Your salary will be highly correlated with your skills and mindset: 26.000-28.000 PLN gross on permanent contract or 170-190 PLN/hour on B2B,
