What you need to have to succeed in this role

• More than 4 years of professional experience in managing project/programmes with multiple stakeholders in different countries.
• Excellent decision making and problem solving skills including ability to investigate and follow up issues as they arise, experience in process improvement and/or migration projects.
• Analytical skills and data literacy – being able to collect, analyse and interpret process and project data,
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong work organisational skills with ability to work under time pressure.
• Self-driven and proactive with continuous improvement mindset.
• Understanding of banking industry, finance area, accounting and reporting processes is an advantage.
• Proven project management qualification (PRINCE2, AgilePM, PMP) is an advantage, qualification in CI (Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage, experience in area of automation, machine learning, cloud computing, design thinking is an advantage.

,[Drive complex E2E projects and transformation programmes independently., Manage various project workstreams such as process reviews, process migration, continuous improvement and automation., Track, reviewing and managing programme/project progress and performance at clearly defined points in the process ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget., Anticipate potential risks and issues, assisting with putting mitigating actions into place to prevent delivery stalling and escalating as appropriate., Obtain buy-in from management and relevant stakeholders for programme plans, commitments, changes including requirements, quality assurance plans, budget, schedule, scope, risk mitigation and contingency plans., Develop communication and reporting strategy, coordinating between stakeholders for progress reviews, key decisions, documentation and approvals., Prepare project documentation required in order to perform the change as per company policies and methodologies., Supervisor project deliverables to ensure their high quality and making sure that all the aims of the project are met and building positive stakeholder and business partner relationships.
