What you need to have to succeed in this role

  • More than 4 years of professional experience in managing project/programmes with multiple stakeholders in different countries.
  • Excellent decision making and problem solving skills including ability to investigate and follow up issues as they arise, experience in process improvement and/or migration projects.
  • Analytical skills and data literacy – being able to collect, analyse and interpret process and project data,
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong work organisational skills with ability to work under time pressure.
  • Self-driven and proactive with continuous improvement mindset.
  • Understanding of banking industry, finance area, accounting and reporting processes is an advantage.
  • Proven project management qualification (PRINCE2, AgilePM, PMP) is an advantage, qualification in CI (Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage, experience in area of automation, machine learning, cloud computing, design thinking is an advantage.
