responsibilities :
Design and develop SAP BI/BW solutions to meet business requirements and objectives
Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment
Perform data modeling, ETL development, and data warehouse optimization using SAP BW tools and methodologies
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytics needs, and translate requirements into technical solutions
Provide expertise in SAP BI/BW best practices, architecture, and data governance principles
Perform performance tuning and optimization of SAP BW data models and queries to ensure optimal system performance
Conduct system maintenance activities, including troubleshooting, bug fixing, and system enhancements
Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP BI/BW technologies, trends, and best practices, and recommend innovative solutions to improve business intelligence capabilities
requirements-expected :
Over 10 years of professional experience in the field of developing and maintaining SAP BW/BI solutions
Proven experience in participating in and completing roll-out projects and full project life cycles including major projects from the blueprint to the realization of full distribution across S4HANA
Proficiency in SAP BI/BW 3.5 - 7. x, SAP HANA BW, SAP Business Objects, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Lumira, Crystal Reports, Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Jasper Reports
Business knowledge of the following modules: SD, WM, MM, CRM, FI, CO
Experience in the integration of various SAP products
ABAP programming skills
Experience as a Stream Lead in S/4HANA projects
Business process modeling and optimization skills
Familiarity with conducting training sessions and workshops for SAP Key Users
Willingness to travel, both nationally and internationally
Strong communication and analytical skills
Fluency in written and spoken Polish and English
