Obowiązki

• Develop, implement and communicate a comprehensive Talent Acquisition marketing strategy across proven channels
• Set the vision, build programs and generate awareness of EPAM’s career opportunities among different talent segments
• Create alternative ways to leverage our employees, culture, awards and career perspectives
• Proactively seek new avenues to identify and attract candidates
• Monitor EPAM’s geographic markets for adjusting recruitment strategy
• Manage external IT events (offline/online) in Poland
• Measure all internal and external marketing activities
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and external vendors

Wymagania

• 4+ years working in a marketing related setting capable of maximizing brand awareness
• Solid understanding of modern digital platforms and channels including mobile, social and events
• Practice in launching of marketing strategies and campaigns
• Knowledge with metrics and measurement, and ability to tell a story with data
• Real passion for new technology and creative ways to connect with your target audience
• Self-motivation with experience to align and energize the hiring team
• Excellent communication, diplomacy and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Russian (B2+)
