We are looking for a candidate for the position of Senior Java Engineer (Agentic AI)

What we expect

• Very good knowledge of Java (8+)
• Experience in designing backend systems / microservices
• Very good knowledge of SQL and relational databases

• Experience with Oracle or another enterprise database
• Practical experience in AI/ML projects proven by real production implementations
• Ability to design data architecture and processes
• Experience working with business-critical systems
• Independence, architectural responsibility, end-to-end thinking

Your tasks

• Designing and implementing Agentic AI solutions (single- and multi-agent)
• Creating and developing Java backend for AI agents
• Building agents that are:
o decision-making,
o analytical,
o recommendation-driven
• Modeling and implementing claims handling processes
• Integrating AI with:
o claims systems,
o DMS / OCR,
o workflow / case management
• Working with:
o LLMs (RAG, tools, memory, planning),
o business rules,
o unstructured data (PDFs, emails, scans)
• Designing data architecture:
o relational databases (Oracle / SQL),
o graph databases (relationships, context, dependencies)
• Ensuring:
o security,
o auditability,
o AI decision explainability
• Technical mentoring and co-creating standards
