We are looking for a Senior IT Analyst to take part in a maintenance unit for our Loan IQ application. This is an opportunity to work with the ITIL framework in practice as well as work in an agile environment together with change and business organization in a BizDevOps operating model.
You’ll join the Corporate Banking & International Units team, where we are different sub-teams maintaining applications in this case the Loan IQ sub-team. Youll take part in setting up requirements for the solution that best serve customers needs. Youll be a key person in the interaction between all stakeholders: maintenance organization, business, operations, developers, testers, and change organization.

Solving and support to incidents and problems
Support to change processes
Analyst task e.g. maintenance requirements to the solution
Acting as a change manager for maintenance tasks
Stakeholder coordination and communication
Participate in on-call duties for the unit
Verification of changes can occur outside normal business hours
requirements-expected :
Bachelor or Masters degree in IT/ Economics / Finance/ Mathematics or other relevant experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Requirement specification (functional and non-functional)
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Experience with requirement/tasks management
Experience with stakeholder management
Agile methods (Scrum and Kanban)
Experience in Oracle SQL queries/scripts
Experience in Windows Server administration
Maintaining and monitoring applications
Identifying and troubleshooting application issues
Hands-on experience in Powershell scripting/automation
Knowledge about monitoring solutions for systems and applications
Basic knowledge of IBM MQ
Willing to learn and develop new skills
Strong focus on making analyses actionable
Working with people but can also work independently and take control of your own tasks
