• Collect and document business and IT requirements.
• Detail business and IT requirements.
• Create Requirements Specification Document (functional and non-functional).
• Analyze data to support requirements.
• Identify people and systems affected by functional and non-functional requirements.
• Assists in development and quality control activities.

• Strong knowledge of payment systems and relevant domains.
• Experience working as a Requirements Specialist in the payment area (SEPA, Swift, ISO messages).
• Familiarity with the transition from MT to MX (ISO).
• In-depth knowledge of MX/ISO 20022 standards and message formats.
• Experience in defining canonical data models.
• Hands-on experience with SQL.
• Proficiency in creating data transformation rules.
• Knowledge of XML, XSD, and JSON.
• Understanding of data pipelines and streaming technologies such as Kafka.
• Experience with big data ecosystems, including Cloudera.
• Familiarity with relational databases (Db2, Oracle) and non-relational databases (HBase).
• Proficiency in REST APIs and microservices.
