For our client, a well-known company in the manufacturing business, we are looking for a person to join their newly formed Employee Data Management Team.

You will have the opportunity to work in an international environment, standardize the HR process and develop your career in human resources on a long-term basis.

• ability to speak Turkish & English daily (you need to obtain min. B2+ level)

Your tasks

• administration of HR processes and procedures (Employee Life Cycle)
• support for employees from defined regions (1st and 2nd level)
• entering and maintaining correctness of employee records - employee data, changes in employment conditions, additional information, etc.
• administration on benefits and cooperation with external vendor
• daily work in ServiceNow and Workday systems
• close collaboration with different teams (Payroll, Technology team, HR Business Partners, Projects, Rewards teams and global HR teams)
