About the Role:
Were looking for an experienced technical leader to join our Pricing & Promotions team as Senior Engineering Manager. On this team, youll own, operate, and evolve systems and customer experiences that power our remittance product pricing, helping customers choose the payment methods and delivery options that are best for them. Youll define and guide a vision for the next-generation of these systems, working backward from multi-year product and business goals. Youll transform that vision into a strategy and plan, working with your teams to lead execution through a long-term roadmap. As a senior technical leader, youll continuously improve our operational excellence, enabling and supporting our continued, rapid business growth. This position is based in our office in Krakow, Poland.
