• Managing and working with stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Defining and setting the scope of the project/release/sprint.
• Eliciting and defining requirements on multiple levels (user, functional, and non-functional).
• Translating requirements into specifications and creating high-quality documentation.
• Conducting workshops using various techniques (Design Thinking, Google Design Sprint, etc.).
• Collecting requirements, creating use cases, and modeling business processes.
• Leading and organizing teams, coordinating work, and training team members.
• Leading at least 2-3 projects in parallel.
• Managing requirements throughout their lifecycle, ensuring proper tracking and handling of changes.
• Working closely with developers, testers, and solution architects.
• Anticipating potential problems, determining and implementing solutions.
• Synthesizing and communicating ideas clearly to stakeholders.
• Ensuring clear communication of objectives and requirements.
• Collaborating with UX specialists and understanding user-centered design processes.

• At least 5 years of experience.
• Expert knowledge of Business Analysis (areas & techniques).
• Mastery of linguistic skills, high personal culture, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Practical knowledge of system/application usability issues.
• Expertise in requirement definition techniques (use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Proficiency in using analytical artifacts (process modeling, data dictionaries, decision tables, etc.).
• Knowledge of agile and waterfall software development processes and principles.
• Understanding of the Scrum framework and roles.
• Experience in workshop facilitation and practical knowledge of moderation techniques.
• Ability to influence decision-making through analysis.
• Curiosity, the ability to ask the right questions, and the ability to challenge business processes.
• Experience with prototyping and designing basic wireframes.
• Knowledge of UX and user-centered design processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
