Senior Account Manager

Location: Warsaw/Poznań hybrid/remote 100%

Your mission, if you choose to accept it, will be:

  • Establishing and keeping strong collaboration and partnership with the Clients
  • Becoming a go-to person for your Client on all levels (knowledge expert, business partner, quality keeper, point of escalation)
  • Expanding your network of contacts within the Client organization
  • Being responsible for budget planning, sales planning and reporting status of planned sales in the team
  • Upselling new business ideas and services to your Clients
  • Keeping fiscal discipline of your projects
  • Independent and seamless projects management and delivery
  • Conducting efficient project communication
  • Cooperating with other departments in the Agency to ensure all team and project challenges (Design, Strategy, Creative, Administration, Finance, HR…)
  • Supervising a team of four (or more in the future) and working on improving their project management/client service skills
  • Setting up goals for your subordinates, tracking their progress, motivation management, feedback sharing to support personal growth)



What you’ll need to succeed:


Required:

-      3-5 years of experience in the Client Service area

-      Experience in an agency environment (E-commerce, digital, marketing…)

-      Experience in working with global Client

-      Proven team management record

-      Proven income & costs management

-      Knowledge of e-commerce ecosystems

-      Understanding the content creation process

-      Proficiency in English

-      Excellent communication skills

-      Project & time management skills

Desired:

-      Experience in beauty industry

-      Basic understanding of P&L management
