• At least 1 years of work experience in Agile environment (preferably in finance, banking, project management area)
• Very good Agile knowledge (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong team player
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal communication, both verbally and in writing
• Results orientation
• Operational excellence
• Works under time constraints
