In this role you will play a crucial role in in configuring and optimizing our Salesforce environment to meet and exceed business objectives in close collaboration with business key users and IT.
responsibilities :
Collaborate closely with Solution Managers to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud that meet business needs
Configure and customize the Salesforce platform to meet project requirements
Oversee data quality and integrity within Salesforce, develop and maintain data management practices and documentation
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users
Work in tandem with business key users and IT to understand requirements, provide solutions, and ensure successful implementation
Provide a functional specifications as user stories and solution description including process flows, page layouts, custom fields, validation rules, workflow rules, flows, or Apex triggers
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce features, best practices, and development techniques to drive continuous improvement
requirements-expected :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or equivalent degree
Min. 2-year experience as a developer in projects based on Salesforce
Good knowledge of the Salesforce Service and/or Sales Clouds; Marketing Cloud is an asset
Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and JavaScript
Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, and System Architect will be considered an asset
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
Fluency in English is required
