As a Salesforce Business Analyst you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical solutions, with a focus on maximising the value of Salesforce for the organisation. Responsibilities:- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, objectives, and challenges, and translate them into technical solutions leveraging Salesforce.- Conducting workshops, interviews, and user surveys to gather and document business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.- Analysing and documenting current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions to streamline operations and drive efficiency.- Working closely with Salesforce Administrators and Developers to design and implement custom solutions, configurations, and workflows that align with business needs and objectives.- Developing and maintaining documentation, including functional specifications, technical design documents, and test plans, to support the implementation and maintenance of Salesforce solutions.- Providing training and support to end users, assisting with user acceptance testing (UAT), and facilitating change management activities to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritise and manage Salesforce enhancement requests, bug fixes, and new feature development projects.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.- Business Analyst, with experience working with Salesforce in a business analysis capacity.- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is preferred; familiarity with Salesforce configuration and customization is required.- Strong understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, and process mapping techniques.- Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, and proficiency in using project management tools.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.- Good English skills suited for an international working environment.- Valid EU work permit.Benefits:- Long-term project and cooperation- International work environment- Great company atmosphere and culture- Growth & work life balance oriented processes- Medical card, prepaid bonus card- Flexible working hours- Remote work
