As a Salesforce Business & Solution Architect you will be responsible for driving the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and drive value for the organisation.Responsibilities:- Collaborating with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to understand business goals, objectives, and challenges, and define the strategic vision for Salesforce.- Leading the design and architecture of scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions, including but not limited to CRM, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, to meet business requirements and enable digital transformation.- Developing comprehensive solution designs, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications that outline the integration points, data flows, security models, and customizations required for Salesforce implementations.- Providing guidance and oversight to Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and Consultants to ensure adherence to best practices, design principles, and architectural standards throughout the project lifecycle.- Leading and facilitating discovery workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and architecture reviews to identify business needs, define use cases, and prioritize features and functionalities.- Evaluating and recommending third-party applications, integrations, and tools to extend and enhance Salesforce capabilities and address specific business requirements.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop roadmaps, release plans, and implementation strategies for Salesforce projects, and managing stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Experience working as a Salesforce Architect, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions for enterprise organisations.- Salesforce Architect certifications (Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect, Certified Technical Architect) are required.- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including declarative customization, Apex development, Lightning Web Components, and integration frameworks.- Experience with architecture methodologies such as TOGAF or Zachman, and proficiency in using architectural modelling tools such as Salesforce Architecture Tool or Lucidchart.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and influence decision-making at all levels of the organisation.- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.- Good English skills suited for an international working environment.- Valid EU work permit.Benefits:- Long-term project and cooperation- International work environment- Great company atmosphere and culture- Growth & work life balance oriented processes- Medical card, prepaid bonus card- Flexible working hours- Remote work
