For 13 years Inteca has gained experience in implementing projects for large companies in Poland, mainly in the finance, banking and service sectors. We provide consulting services in the area of implementation and integration of IT systems, enterprise architecture, business process automation, API Management and enterprise applications. Our custom development services are complemented by IT Architecture consulting. Working with clients, we focus on optimizing IT investment, their correlation with the business objectives of the enterprise, and planning and building effective business and IT Architecture.  

We are a team of consultants and software engineers with extensive experience in implementing projects using Agile methodology. We support the software development process with our proprietary Model Driven Engineering approach – developed over the years of our work. About You 

Were looking for a competent Sales Development Representative (SDR). Ideal SDRs have a good awareness of the sales process, initiating new relationships, and putting our sales closers up for success as the first line of communication with prospects. You should be a quick learner with excellent communication skills and the ability to sell our products convincingly. Every potential customer represents a chance to increase top-line revenue, customer acquisition, and profitability. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Be the first contact point for many customers, deliver a strong first impression and set the foundation for long-term customer relationships.
  • Account mapping and identifying potential customers that fit our Ideal Customer Profile. 
  • Generate leads through inbound and outbound prospecting, LinkedIn and email campaigns. 
  • Proactive outreach to customers across industries, company sizes and types to determine their needs, discover their problems and offer solutions best suited to their needs and expectations. 
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the companys presence and identify potential partners. 
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape. 
  • Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team. 
  • Conduct research on target accounts and industries to identify potential opportunities. 
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine sales strategies and tactics. 
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales development goals. 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience. 
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field. (If you have experience in B2B sales -preferably in IT- that is an advantage.) 
  • Knowledge of various outbound lead generation tools. 
  • Experience with CRMs and sales prospecting tools. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospects. Ability to successfully communicate with contacts via the phone, email, video and presentations. 
  • General knowledge of the IT industry, with the capacity to learn and retain knowledge about individual products and business solutions quickly and accurately.  
  • Self-motivated, accountable, self-driven, and achievement-focused. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish. 


Nice to have  

  • Knowledge of any additional language – Spanish, Italian, German, French, etc.
