We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team.

Project focuses on development and maintenance of clients platform- portal aimed for external Users and partners, with ecommerce functionality, a view of Customers installed base, support cases, service history, planned maintenance, technical documentation, training and spare parts information, and others.

Daily work follows Kanban methodology with elements of SCRUM.

Team consists of various roles, among others: Release Manager, Solution Architects, Dev, BAs, QAs, UX, Operations Team, DevOps Team.

Main challenges come from the variety of systems behind portal, multiple sources of information, diverse types of integrations to be maintained and developed.

• At least three years of experience in a similar position
• The ability to analyze the needs and functional requirements of the client
• Fluent English communication both in speaking and writing
• Excellent communication skills, that will help you in work both with business users and technical developers
• Focus on customer experience
• Experience in working in agile IT environemnt

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience in Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum)
• Experience in Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Working with processes flow charts (BPMN, Use Case) and modeling tools (e.g. MS Visio, Mural, Miro)
