We are looking for an experienced Senior ERP Systems & IT Infrastructure Administrator to join an organization operating a distributed retail/service environment with multiple locations, including ice cream cafés and coffee shops.
The role is focused on ensuring the stability, security, and continuous development of business-critical ERP platforms, transactional systems, server infrastructure, and end-user environments.
You will be responsible for maintaining core IT operations, supporting retail business continuity, improving infrastructure performance, and participating in modernization and deployment initiatives across the company.
RP Systems & IT Infrastructure Administrator (ERP / Windows Server / Virtualization / O365 / Network Operations)
Your responsibilities
- Install, configure, maintain, and manage core infrastructure services including: Microsoft SQL Server Active Directory Windows Server environments
- Provide technical support for IT infrastructure development projects, including structured network environments and telecom networks.
- Support transactional systems and operational platforms used across retail locations.
- Participate in new system implementations, upgrades, migrations, and patching activities.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and information security standards.
- Manage antivirus solutions and endpoint protection.
- Own and maintain backup systems, disaster recovery readiness, and data restore procedures.
- Administer mail servers and user mail accounts.
- Install and configure hardware and software on: Servers Employee workstations Laptops Mobile devices POS terminals / operational terminals
- Manage software assets, licenses, and subscriptions within Microsoft 365 / Azure ecosystem.
- Coordinate hosting environments and external service providers.
- Provide 2nd/3rd line support for employees, diagnose incidents, and resolve hardware/software issues.
- Maintain system documentation and operational procedures.
Our requirements
- Higher education degree, preferably in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in comprehensive ERP systems administration.
- Strong practical knowledge of: Active Directory and related services Microsoft Windows Server Microsoft Windows environments Microsoft 365 SharePoint
- Experience with network security solutions such as: UTM Firewalls Network segmentation
- Practical knowledge of mobile technologies and operational devices.
- Strong understanding of IT security and information protection principles
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Strong task prioritization and excellent work organization skills.
- Experience in retail / hospitality / multi-site environments.
- Experience supporting POS systems.
- Knowledge of cloud migration projects.
- ITIL-based support experience.
