Regional Marketing Business Partner - Poland (fixed term - 1 year)
Join our Marketing and Communication team for a 1-year fixed term assignment at Teknos .
As a Regional Marketing Business Partner - Poland , you will channel Teknoss global Marketing and Communication strategy to local needs, ensuring responsiveness to regional markets, engaging communities, and maintaining close customer relationships. You will act as a business partner to the regional commercial team, providing guidance, consultation, and support for local marketing initiatives to meet commercial objectives. Your daily tasks will include localizing, testing, and adapting global content for local communities and overseeing their implementation.
This position is based in Poland, preferably near Warsaw or Gdynia, with a hybrid work mode involving regular office visits and regional travel. You will report to the Global Head of Marketing and collaborate with an international team of marketing professionals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a marketing activation partner for the regional commercial team
- Developing co-marketing opportunities with local sales and customers
- Adapting global marketing initiatives for local markets and amplifying local tactics globally
- Understanding local community expectations around sustainability and aligning them with Teknos’s corporate position
- Conducting local market research
- Localizing and developing content to resonate with local communities
- Ensuring technical accuracy of local content and materials
- Engaging with local industry associations and media outlets
- Supporting employee engagement activities to foster regional belonging
Activation in local communities:
- Managing local sales activation campaigns within budget and roadmap
- Organizing local events and trade fairs with central support
- Updating social media channels and running targeted campaigns
- Maintaining the local website and internal communication channels
- Qualifying and following up on marketing leads with sales
- Communicating about pickup points, shops, and points of sale
- Highlighting sustainability impacts and activities
- Supporting regional communication efforts internally and externally
Required skills and qualifications:
- Several years of experience as a versatile marketing expert, with a focus on regional market activation
- Essential B2B marketing experience, preferably in an industrial environment
- Strong business partnering skills to collaborate effectively with commercial and technical teams
- Excellent digital and offline marketing skills supported by a data-driven approach
- Ability to manage own initiatives and adapt global strategies locally
- Innovative mindset, seeking continuous improvement and exploring new solutions
- Fluent Polish and English, both spoken and written
