The primary purpose of this role is to lead the digital agenda for the business. Acting in partnership to drive the strategic and tactical digital account plans and deliver business value. This role will ensure delivery of IT road maps to agreed time and budget in line with business strategy.
responsibilities :
Leading the IT Development agenda and Transformation Roadmap for the account;
Driving business account growth through IT innovation and transformation;
Driving alignment to DHL LLP IT strategy including migration from legacy IT applications to strategic IT products where applicable;
Managing day to day IT Support needs of the account for internally and externally developed applications including coordination and appropriate escalation of incidents in line with ITSM;
Providing subject matter expertise on the Logistics IT Systems and digital innovation;
Managing of internal and external service providers (Supplier Management);
Leading system & process improvement with Integrated IT systems solutions, supporting requirement gathering, selecting suppliers and providing the business with innovative solutions;
Acting as project lead for small to medium size IT projects for the account;
Building relationships with key stakeholders across business and IT functions within the internal and customer business.
requirements-expected :
Minimum 3 years of working IT Experience in matrix and complex environment;
Working knowledge of Project Management and IT Service Management;
Managing the support and successful deployments of business IT solutions;
Fluent English;
Independent, structured and proactive work style;
Understanding of Supply Chains Systems - nice to have.
