Project description:

You will join a global Business Transformation Delivery and Execution team, taking part in international projects and leading key initiatives for global clients. You will work on complex and challenging assignments, supporting organizations through transformation and change while contributing to the creation of industry‑leading project management solutions.

Requirements:

• Higher education degree (preferably in business, technology, human resources).
• 3–5 years of experience in HR transformation and change management projects.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and experience in their analysis, optimization and digitalization.
• Experience in change management strategies.
• Experience with ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, Workday or similar HR service delivery platforms.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and experience in process improvement initiatives.
• Experience in business analysis and process transformations.
• Excellent English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of one or more project management tools (Microsoft Office, MS Project, SharePoint).
• One or more industry certifications (Prince2, PMP, Agile PM, PMI‑ACP).
• Ability and willingness to travel (up to 20%).

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of an additional European language.
• Experience working in consulting companies.
• Experience with BPMN for process modelling and documentation.
