Join the Amer Sports Global Business Services team as a pivotal member of our Process Excellence Hub. Were on the lookout for a dynamic Project Manager who will collaborate closely with business analysts, driving and delivering projects mainly related to delivering business process automations and workflow applications. As a bonus, youll also serve as the Product Owner for our contract management application. Expect to work hand in hand with teams from across the globe, managing business requirements and expectations, while overseeing daily project management tasks.
responsibilities :
Spearhead Project Management within the RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and Tools Team
Act as the Product Owner for the CobbleStone application
Foster daily collaboration with internal stakeholders, business analysts, IT teams, and external developers
Creating project plans, timelines, and budgets
Monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed
Managing risks and issues
Managing project scope and resources
Reporting on project status and outcomes
Closing out the project and conducting lessons learned analysis.
requirements-expected :
Minimum of 3 years experience in project management
Proven track record in leading multifaceted programs spanning different countries or regions
Experience in end-to-end project delivery
Previous experience in Shared Service Centers / Global Business Services
Proficiency in managing international stakeholders
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, meeting tight deadlines and deliverables
Demonstrated expertise in application implementation from requirements gathering to end-user training
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members using diverse management styles
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Bachelors degree required
