We are looking for a Product Owner experienced in omnichannel marketing technologies, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product leaders, global and local GTMC teams, and agile delivery teams to enhance the adoption and efficiency of campaign solutions. This is a role requiring a strong technical and agile background, along with excellent stakeholder management skills.
responsibilities :
Support business areas in creating and optimizing omnichannel journeys (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push, etc.)
Define, prioritize, and manage the Product Backlog for the COE Campaign POD team, ensuring alignment with sprint goals and priorities
Control the Sprint Burndown and ensure that stories are being delivered after sprint opening
Translate features into user stories with clear acceptance criteria and ensure sprint goals are met
Coordinate delivery and validate readiness of features for deployment
Manage technical debt reduction initiatives and contribute to platform integrity and security
Drive adoption of tools by ensuring proper training and documentation is in place
Manage data integration/ingestion in alignment with global architecture to reduce duplication and increase adoption
Collaborate with other product owners and cross-functional teams to align on strategy and timelines
Track and report KPIs, risks, issues, decisions, and changes in scope related to product delivery
Support global and local marketing teams by providing guidance on platform capabilities, metrics interpretation, and best practices
requirements-expected :
Over 5 years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 3 years strictly in the Product Management or similar role with a focus on digital technologies
