For our Client, a global leader in aviation field, we are currently looking for a Product Owner to join the team at office in Gothenburg, Sweden. In this role, you will be an integral part of development team, focused on building 24/7 Operational Control product that supports customers worldwide in their aircraft operations (from preplanning to day-of-operation).
You will play a crucial role in driving the development of a standard, maintainable core product and delivering exceptional value to our customers, which includes integrations of different products from their current suite and transition to a SaaS solution.
responsibilities :
Take responsibility for managing the team’s backlog, ensuring development efforts are prioritized to deliver a robust, maintainable core product
Work closely with the Product Manager to create and implement high-value solutions that align with customer needs
Encourage innovation and experimentation within the development team to shape the future of our Ops Control product
Collaborate with key stakeholders—including customers, developers, and internal sponsors—to understand their needs and effectively balance competing priorities
Advocate for agile methodologies to enhance teamwork and efficiency
Clearly articulate your vision and present technical solutions to a variety of audiences
Lead by example with a servant leadership approach, fostering a motivated, positive, and results-driven team
requirements-expected :
Background in the airline world or other projects related to aviation industry
At least 7 years of relevant work experience
Strong ability to see the bigger picture and simplify complex concepts
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical solutions to different audiences
Practice servant leadership and thrive as a positive, outgoing, and results-oriented team player
Experienced in engaging with diverse stakeholders and balancing competing needs effectively
Familiarity with agile methodologies and a willingness to embrace them
Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Logistics, Industrial Economy, or a related field
