We are looking for a skilled and motivated Product Owner to join our team and support multiple Agile development teams. This role is critical in translating business and operational needs into actionable user stories and ensuring their successful implementation in alignment with the SAFe framework.
responsibilities :
Act as a key liaison between Product Management and development teams, transforming business needs into well-defined User Stories.
Ensure all deliverables meet the Definition of Done and contribute to the overall product vision.
Lead by example in applying Lean-Agile principles, promoting cross-functional collaboration and breaking down silos.
Bridge the gap between theoretical Agile practices and real-world business-driven execution.
Drive efficiency, flexibility, and value delivery across teams, adapting to different domains as needed.
Actively contribute to team performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Support multiple Agile teams as Product Owner, ensuring alignment with portfolio-level objectives.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
Strong background in software engineering.
Solid experience in the aviation industry.
Hands-on experience with the SAFe framework.
Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
