About the role:

We are seeking a Product Manager to join the TiVo OS product management team. In this role, you will enhance user experiences, define new features, guide geographic expansion, and drive product innovation.

Your mission will be to deeply understand user and partner needs, analyze the competitive landscape, and leverage your product expertise to deliver outstanding solutions.

As a dedicated advocate for our users, you will identify pain points and drive innovative enhancements to our TiVo OS, contributing to our companys growth.

Collaboration is at the heart of our teams success. You will work closely with fellow product managers, fostering a culture of shared knowledge and collaborative problem-solving. Together, we aim to create a dynamic and innovative TiVo OS product that consistently exceeds user expectations.

• Customer Advocacy: Advocate for our customers by deeply understanding their needs, challenges, and experiences. Prioritize solving overarching problems, not just individual features.
• Engagement and Viewership: Identify, validate, and implement solutions that enhance user engagement and drive viewership. Craft and communicate the TiVo OS narrative to both internal and external audiences.
• Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with the companys strategic goals.
• Feature Prioritization: Prioritize feature development based on customer feedback, market trends, and input from various sources, ensuring that the most valuable features are delivered.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Build strong partnerships across various company levels and departments, including engineering, content, legal, and business development, to ensure seamless product development.
• Iterative Development: Actively participate in the product development process, regularly delivering customer value. Prioritize and adapt based on customer feedback, market trends, and input from various sources.

Who are we looking for:

• A minimum of 5 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience in TV or streaming video product development.
• Proficiency in conducting competitive analysis, user research, and utilizing product data analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering and Design teams.
• Experience thriving in distributed team settings spanning multiple time zones.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
