The person will take an active role during project execution specifically in the areas of Tool development and configuration, also getting to learn the Data Migration process end to end to provide support on issues assessment once in maintenance mode.
The person acts as liaison between Product owner or business application owner and D&IT delivery teams being able to talk both business and IT languages, becoming and coordinating other internal IT teams and 3rd party companies to deliver their specific initiatives on time and budget agreed plans. The role also guarantees IT Governance on Marketing & Sales related matters and proper communication.
responsibilities :
Business Relationship Management:
Understand business needs and priorities within the Product Configurator end to end process. Understanding of impact on GSC/PLM processes. Understanding of M&S business needs. To coordinate various initiatives to deliver business value in line with Digital and IT Strategy
Provide functional expertise for owned application - Product Configurator - secure its adoption and proper use and coordinate evolution
Project / Change Management / DevOps:
Work on the projects/demands under assignment ensuring the tasks under his/her responsibility are done as planned and aligned with JTI IT quality standards. Secure project completion anticipating potential risks
Management of project backlog for agile projects in DevOps (Epics/Features/User Stories) and Sprints planning / review
Functional knowledge acquirement of the tool for configuration part, and understanding technical part (development)
User Stories: business requirements gathering and translation to technical requirements, discussing technical options to cover business requirements, integration testing before UAT, bug fixing and retest.
Sprint planning, effort estimation and development capacity per sprint
Capacity planning and monitoring from integrator vendor (SAP CS) and managing the development team (priorities, US development, completion and unit test)
Product Configurator BTS PDM / PLM Data support:
Support definition and set up of a future data model for SAP CPQ, design data structures and ensure alignment with business processes
Support integration with SAP S4HANA systems, analyse and map integration requirements between SAP CPQ and S4
Initial mass upload of data and images in SAP CPQ, including data preparation, migration and validation
Close collaboration with project teams and other involved stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback
requirements-expected :
University degree in Computer Science or similar
6 years of working experience in IT function or IT consulting
Experience with SAP solutions, various SAAS solutions, software development and data integration
4 years of project management expertise, working with remote teams
Business requirements and processes analysis, mapping them to technical solutions capabilities
SAP CPQ functional knowledge preferred or on SAP solutions for product management (PDM & PLM)
Solutions design and architecture, including but not limited to application design methodology (including Agile methodology), interface design, data models and mapping among systems, capacity planning, scalability
Supplier management
Proven experience on Microsoft 365 tools, including DevOps
Fluent English written and spoken
