- Proven experience (10 years) and very strong end to end process knowledge within Source to Pay area
- Extensive experience in target operating model design, organizational design and process design (process flows, narratives, operating procedures, control frameworks) and documentation preparation
- Very good understanding of GBS/SSC/BPO environment
- Extensive experience in process modelling using Visio or Business Optix or similar application, knowledge of BPMN notation
- Proven experience in creation and implementation of new solutions within expertise domain
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation mindset and experience with proven benefits delivered to other clients through different CI techniques
- English at CEFR Grade C1 (Advanced) or equivalent
- Experience in project type of work, with frequent Client interactions. At least 3 years of experience as the Project Stream Lead / Solution Lead / Project Manager
- Good understanding of non-ERP process supporting tools – its functionalities and offered benefits (e.g. Service Now, Jira, Fairmarkit, Beeline, SAP Fieldglass, etc)
- Very good knowledge and experience in at least one of the eProcurement systems (Ariba, Ivalua, Coupa, etc.) and the ERPs (SAP, Oracle)
- English at CEFR Grade C1 (Advanced) or equivalent

,[Participate and/or lead the process and technology transformation projects within Source to Pay, guiding Transformation Consultants in successful development and submission of the project deliverables, Participate and/or lead the projects that may be related to target operating model design, process design, process and technology maturity assessment, benchmarking, GBS / SSC set up, automation potential assessment, eProcurement or ERP solutions selection and implementation, intelligent automation implementation, training delivery, change management and similar, Accountable for all project deliverables (cross streams) as well as own project deliverables that could be related to documentation of identified process challenges, potential improvements and benefits, report out, or business cases, Participate and/or lead the projects for external Clients as well as for internal Capgemini Business Services engagements, Act as a Stream Lead or Project Lead, having full accountability for high quality deliverables with minimum guidance, Apply in practice different process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma / DGEM Benchmarking) within or outside of the area of expertise for the continuous improvement and transformation purposes, Utilize your process and technology expertise to provide improvement recommendations and propose the solutions to steer clients in their transformation journey. Interact with the corresponding Client Subject Matter Experts and collaborate with Client in order to complete the assigned deliverables, Actively build valuable relationships with joint team members and with clients, Build knowledge and understanding of our market leading assets and methods (e.g. Digital Global Enterprise Model (DGEM), ESOAR transformation method, intelligent automation, etc.), Provide support in the development of Thought Leadership and contribute to innovation events/work, Engage in the development of your area through operational activities.
