For our client, a leader in the tobacco industry, we are looking for employees for various teams in the procurement department (Marketing Scope) if you have some initial experience in an international environment, you are the person we are looking for!

What we expect

• fluent english speakers (min. C1)
• minimum 2 years (Sourcing/Buying experience)
• good command of Excel and good analytical skills
• very good communication skills
• working experience with Copilot or other AI tools is an asset
• previous experience in Procurement Sourcing, including negotiations and supplier selection, is an asset

Your tasks

• sourcing and verification of suppliers
• analysis and comparison of offers
• negotiations
• contract drafting
• cooperation with the legal department and category manager
• creation and dispatch of RFP&RFQ
• data analysis, spend reports, KPIs, QBR preparation, sustainability
