You will be responsible for driving development of Platform Services toward improved resilience and increased effectiveness from the perspective of cost and capabilities utilisation. You will be interacting on a daily basis with various technical and non-technical teams including Service Management, DevOps, various Data Engineering and Software Development teams, Financial Operations, Business Management and Platform Leadership teams. You will be expected to contribute toward building SRE culture and advancing Platform Services toward more mature operating model. Your major contributions will be related to services deployed in cloud (GCP) but you will operate in multi-cloud and hybrid environment.

  • Being capable to navigate across IT Service Management processes in large organisation operating on a highly regulated market
  • Understanding of SRE practices, principles, proven track of personal contributions in areas of IT Services Observability, Resilience, SDLC, IT Services Management
  • Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform
  • Understanding concepts of vulnerabilities management and cybersecurity, as well as of compliance standards and frameworks
  • Understanding of IT and Business architecture functions in large IT organisations
  • Understanding of financial and organisational aspects of IT services: budgeting, cost management, project planning and management, strategic planning
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proven track of usage of automation and AI to improve efficiency for IT management processe

,[ Drive the uplift of Platform services into an increased level of Service Resilience as defined by internal standards and industry best practices, Contribute toward development of operating model for Platform services management, Provide requirements toward technical teams for development of more effective tools of managing Platform services and infrastructure (this will include software frameworks, reporting dashboards and AI-based application), Collaborate with Service Management team to improve internal processes for change management, incident management and problem management, as well as DevOps frameworks, tooling and standards, Apply SRE and service management principles to enhance system performance, Your role might include responsibilities of Incident Manager, Drive adoption of automation, AI and productivity tools across Platform engineers Requirements: Service Management, SRE, IT Services Observability, Resilience, GCP, Incident Management, Problem Management Tools: Agile, Scrum.
