About the role:
In the Senior Payroll Analyst position, you will perform Italian and Netherlands payroll analysis and research. You will work on complex, interesting projects, coach, and mentor junior payroll staff, and work under minimal supervision.

Must have:
- at least 5+ years of experience in payroll principles, practices, processes, and procedures
- thorough knowledge/ experience of Italian Payroll
- knowledgeable in the use and administration of payroll systems e.g., Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, ADP
- fluent in English
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- excellent analytical, organizational, decision-making, problem-solving, team-building and time-management skills
- ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments concurrently
- ability to work under pressure of deadlines
Preferred:
- Italian language
- experience of Netherlands and or Spanish payroll
- ADP Streamline

,[perform a variety of accounting functions in the preparation, distribution, and reporting of payroll ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, balance monthly payroll ledger, research exception items, and take corrective action, reconcile all tax and unemployment liability accounts to the general ledger and investigate variances, prepare monthly/quarterly payroll tax reporting and research and resolve payroll/tax reporting issues, assist with the preparation of quarterly payroll tax reporting and research and resolve payroll/tax reporting issues, work closely with technical departments to implement process improvements, test system changes and lead special projects within the payroll department, serve as liaison to employees and payroll associates to ensure payroll processing accurately reflects company-specific pay policies, audit employees pay records and reconcile totals by department, location, country, etc., interpret pay policies, e.g., vacation, LOA, disability, workers compensation, government regulations, withholding exemptions, etc., and ensure appropriate amounts/deductions are calculated and applied to various accounts correctly, document payroll processes and procedures; may train payroll department staff, produce various scheduled/ad hoc analyses and reports as needed, other related duties assigned as needed Requirements: Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, ADP Additionally: Sport subscription, Training budget, Private healthcare, Lunch card, International projects, Friendly atmosphere, Multisport, Integration events, Free coffee, Shower, Free snacks, Free breakfast, No dress code, Modern office, Free parking, Bike parking, Free fruits, Table Tennis.
