MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Prepare and/or update the various changes for employee pay affecting payroll (bank details update, bonuses, absences, etc.) for 3 locations (Poland, UK, France) on a monthly basis according to company policy and proper approval level.
2. Prepare the monthly payroll for approval.
3. Respond to employees and business queries.
4. Prepare and submit tax and third-party payments.
5. Participate in basic testing for Payroll regulatory changes.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

1. Detail oriented.
2. Advanced competency with Excel and Microsoft Office.
3. SAP experience preferred.
4. Demonstrate ability to work independently.
5. Demonstrate problem-solving skills.
6. Proven analytical and organizational skills.
7. Ability to work in an international, matrix environment.
