responsibilities :
Analysing real-world incidents and mapping them through processes, activities, and supplier responsibilities
Deriving root-cause-to-control logic and converting findings into capability questions
Building synthetic incident scenarios to identify resilience gaps
Ensuring all outputs align with established capability-question frameworks
Leading end-to-end linkage across process, activity, supplier, controls, and incident layers
Maintaining a coherent resilience architecture blueprint across markets
Partnering with architecture and service management teams to validate mappings
Designing expected-state supplier resilience models and recovery approaches
Providing architectural input into remediation actions and ensuring traceability
Producing clear regulatory and audit artefacts explaining control rationale
Defining metadata standards and collaborating with BI to develop risk and maturity dashboards
requirements-expected :
At least 6 years of experience in business architecture, operational resilience, or complex process modelling
Demonstrated ability to translate technical incidents into business narratives
Expertise in root-cause and thematic analysis
Experience working with senior stakeholders in large organisations
Strong understanding of control frameworks and resilience principles
Excellent written communication skills for regulator-ready documentation
Experience mapping end-to-end customer journeys and supplier touchpoints
Ability to design scalable business and data models
Strong analytical skills for interpreting incident and supplier performance data
Proven ability to operate autonomously in complex, multi-market environments
Fluent English
