For our Client, an international transport company from Netherlands we are looking for Transport/Operational Manager.

Due to international growth of the company you will be responsible for establishing a first foreign branch in Wrocław. To be well-integrated and familiar with the operations at the company you will need to work for a few months at the head office in Netherlands.

What we expect

• At least 5 years of leadership experience within the transport sector
• Business experience with vehicles with a carrying capacity of 3.5 tons
• Experience with transport planning is a must
• Experience with TAPA TSR 1 transport is nice to have
• Fluent English
• Communicatively skilled and sociable

Your tasks

• Ensuring the quality of deliveries, focusing on timeliness, compliance with agreements, and continuous process improvement
• Establishing and leading a team of transport planners
• Ensuring the daily planning is well organized
• Being responsible for hiring new drivers
• Serving as the companys primary contact for transport planning and drivers
• Running the daily business and handling issues & complaints
• Ensuring optimal staffing
• Responsible for the fleet
