- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in understanding, implementing, administering, and troubleshooting network infrastructure devices. This includes firewalls, routers, switches, wireless access points and controllers, and monitoring applications.
- Proficiency in network protocols: SSL/TLS, DNS, DHCP, WINS, NTP, FTP, HTTP, SMTP, CIFS, LDAP, and Microsoft AD.
- Hands-on technical experience with VPN technologies such as IPSEC, SSL VPN, WebVPN, AnyConnect, and DMVPN.
- Familiarity with network traffic analysis, remote access methods and systems, stateful inspection firewalls, encryption, and authentication and authorization technology.
- Proficiency in Routing & Switching protocols (OSPF, BGP, VLAN, STP).
- CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge.
- Excellent English communication skills.
