responsibilities :
Provide post-sales technical support via phone, email, and web, resolving L2/L3 tickets efficiently.
Record, track, and resolve support cases, ensuring timely follow-ups.
Diagnose and tackle complex technical issues with fault isolation and root cause analysis.
Contribute to user documentation and technical marketing collateral.
Collaborate cross-functionally to review product issues and provide feedback.
Reproduce and qualify critical customer issues.
Stay abreast of software release and bug cycles.
requirements-expected :
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in understanding, implementing, administering, and troubleshooting network infrastructure devices. This includes firewalls, routers, switches, wireless access points and controllers, and monitoring applications.
Proficiency in network protocols.
Hands-on technical experience with VPN technologies.
Familiarity with network traffic analysis, remote access methods and systems, stateful inspection firewalls, encryption, and authentication and authorization technology.
Proficiency in Routing & Switching protocols.
Excellent English communication skills.
