As NAVISION ERP Specialist - you will lead a team of internal and partner Navision consultants delivering (design/build/deploy/support) the HeiLite BASE ERP (based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV) that supports and ensures business operations. With an outlook to move to SAP S4HANA on the Source to Pay domain.
responsibilities :
assuming the role of product architect, feature lead / proxy product owner in the domain of Source-to-Pay
working with the global functions and Operating Companies to analyze and understand requirements, translate requirements to solutions and deliver as product increments.
providing governance, guidance and coaching on changes throughout the design process, as well as managing the quality of the solution
ensuring support, maintenance, and continuous improvement to the applications with our IT Partners
participating in cross-functional ERP projects or business changes from initiation to deployment phases
building relationships and a Business process owners/key-user network with different Operating Companies and Global Heineken Functions
requirements-expected :
In-depth knowledge and experience (5+ years) regarding Microsoft Dynamics NAV in the area of Purchasing & Logistics, with their corresponding Finance parts. Knowledge of other modules is a plus.
good awareness of Integration technologies and patterns connecting ERP to 3rd party systems
Agile ways of Working experience: setting up and working with scrum teams in different roles. Understanding of DevOps is a plus
excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing): ability to communicate well with various stakeholders and audiences.
leadership skills - leading a multi-disciplined, multi-cultural team; self-supporting and continuously learning.
consultancy skills (influencing, building bridges, advising, providing guidance)
fluent English
SAP s4HANA functional knowledge in the Source to Pay area is a plus
