We are currently looking for Marketing Specialist

We offer:

• Flexible working hours (core 9:30 - 15)

Requirements:

• Experience: minimum 3 years preferably in the IT industry
• English: very good (most assets are created in English)

Skills:

• Analytical skills - drawing conclusions, reporting
• Strategic skills - building communication, marketing, advertising, and sales support strategies in cooperation with CEO
• Excellent organizational skills
• Fluent writing, experience in creating content for social media and technical texts
• Very good knowledge of Wordpress - classic editor + Gutenberg
• Very good knowledge of GA4 and HotJar
• Very good knowledge of Canva and video tools
• Very good knowledge of LinkedIn and LinkedIn Ads
• Interest and basic knowledge in AI
• Sense of aesthetics, attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of Employer Branding for use in building external communication strategy
• Business understanding

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of GTM
• Basic knowledge of SEO
• Understanding of ABM approach and ability to apply it in practice
