For our Client, we are looking for candidates for the position of Marketing Data Integrity Specialist.ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:
- Clean, standardize, and format marketing lead lists to align with internal data structure and quality standards
- Prepare datasets for import and execute bulk uploads into CRM and marketing platforms
- Identify, analyze, and merge duplicate records to maintain a single source of truth for leads and contacts
- Monitor data quality metrics and proactively identify patterns of data decay or recurring data issues
- Collaborate with marketing operations stakeholders to improve data governance processes and documentation
- Ensure all imported marketing data complies with applicable privacy and consent regulations
- Support list segmentation to enable targeted and relevant marketing communications
- Manage multiple data requests related to marketing activities, often within tight timelines
WYMAGANIA:
- Experience in data management, data entry, marketing operations, or a similar data-focused role
- Strong hands-on skills in working with large datasets and transforming unstructured data into clean, upload-ready formats
- Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel or similar), including data lookup, text cleansing, and pivot analysis
- Practical experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation environments
- High attention to detail with the ability to quickly identify inconsistencies, formatting errors, and logical gaps in data
- Solid understanding of data hygiene principles and their impact on marketing processes
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices related to marketing consent
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, especially during peak marketing activity periods
- Fluent English communication skills
