responsibilities :


  • In your role you will be responsible for investigation of SEPA related cases for all EU markets supported, potential UAT testing for any technical implementation / changes on the SEPA process, support and investigation of reconciliation breaks, reporting and providing statistics to senior management, supporting operations team for any urgent payment related issues and any ad hoc queries required from any stakeholders
  • Key points of the positions:
  • Investigation and analysis of SEPA Helpdesk Level 2 queries raised by various business partners and escalated by Level 1 related mostly to SEPA Instant payments. Close cooperation with German Business Partner.
  • Communication and cooperation with Level 3 IT/Technical Support regarding escalated queries.
  • Professional and proper communication with business partners and customer-facing teams in accordance with agreed SLA.
  • Identification of incorrect and unexpected system behaviour and possible defects.
  • Analysis of outstanding items on internal accounts as a support for Reconciliation team.
  • Handling reports related queries raised by Level 1 Support teams.
  • Incident Management support.
  • Handling different ad hoc queries related to German Process. Taking part in process related trainings if needed.
  • Looking for the process improvements across processes and participating in those changes.
  • 10 Taking part in testing for EVPS and other core applications where needed.
  • Supporting ad hoc tasks assigned by managers/AVPs.

  • Payments or Finance experience and knowledge.
  • Commercial orientation combined with a customer driven approach.
  • IT literacy.
  • Professional experience in payments area would be n asset.
  • Analytical reasoning capabilities.
