➢Incident and Service Request handling according to ITIL v4.0 Standard,
➢ Working according to specifications,

➢ Detailed failure analysis, contact with 3rd lvl support (software or system developer).
➢ Technical (IT) education or similar required, acquired through work experience.
➢ Basic or intermediate level knowledge of technologies expected:

• Microservices and Containers

• Experience related to the Administration of SCADA/MES systems is welcomed,

• need to write e-mails (including formal ones) and conduct conversations.
