Role Purpose

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Junior Talent Partner based in Katowice, willing to work from the office. This role focuses primarily on technical recruitment (developers, DevOps, QA), while also supporting recruitment for administrative, Product, and support roles. The ideal candidate is decisively committed to recruitment, enjoys working closely with candidates and hiring managers, and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment.





  • Based in Katowice and able/willing to work from the office
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written) – international team environment. 
  • Positive attitude, openness, and enthusiasm for recruitment. 
  • Motivated, proactive, and organized, with attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; enjoys interacting with people. 
  • Willingness to learn on the job; prior experience in recruitment is not required
